- Research technologies, understand market, and interpret cost drivers and risks associated with various completion opportunities and utilize appropriate resources to implement completions business and promote new segments.
- Liaise with Partners to establish procedures relevant to local market with cost and time estimates and utilize best practices from a wide variety of operations within Saudi Arabia.
- Effectively communicate at various levels and with various audiences as well as across organizations (GOtech, Partners and Customers).
- Monitor performance against schedule, plan, and cost and make solid recommendations for achieving completion sales goals;
- Follow market activities and understand implication of those activities on completion activities;
- Evaluate new technologies and implement relevant technologies to improve operational efficiencies and/or overall, well performance;
- Provide regular reports and CVRs, attend weekly meetings and establish actions plans to close the open items within the time frame;
- Participate in or lead incident investigations, vendor visits, or safety meetings as required.
