Job Description

-Set up and configure PCs accessories, windows 10, office 365, anti viruses, and Desk top up to date applications

-Maintenance and trouble shooting PCs , Projectors and Printers.

-Connect network devices, provide basic configuration and trouble shooting network issues.

-connect cameras, configure NVR and trouble shooting CCTV system

-configure IP telephony.

-trouble shooting and configure IPTV system.

-Knowledge of Managed printing service printers configuration and trouble shooting .

-Access door configuration and trouble shooting

-Good communication skills ability to support users for their computer needs and work in ateam to maintain stability of the provided services

-Basic MS windows server knowledge
